Responsibilities:
1、Manage a team of market researchers to deliver research projects, including: client briefing, proposal writing
2、questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, report writing and presentation
3、Manage the progress of research project in liaison with operations to ensure the smooth execution and high quality
4、Moderate focus group discussion and in-depth interview
5、Work closely with clients to maintain a good client relationship and support Project Director to develop new business leads
6、Actively involved in training and coaching junior researchers
Requirement:
1、At least 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in marketing management
2、Organized, logical, analytical, and detail oriented, with strong business acumen
3、Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
4、Optimistic, Diligent, Reliable, Responsible, Pro-active and able to work well under pressure independently
5、Excellent capability in writing and spoken Chinese. Strong English reading and writing with comprehensible spoken capability
6、Advanced computer skills -technical proficiencies in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
7、Bachelor degree or above, Medical education background (optional)
